Dolls' Houses Past & Present

About Me

I live in Shropshire, England, and I have loved Dolls Houses since I was a child. I am no longer a child! in fact in some circles I might even be called "old".

Hi Ruth
Sorry I have taken so long to reply but only just seen your message. I had seen this house and had pictures of the interior sent. It certainly looks interesteing and I am sure the two side sections are original. Sadly it is too far away for me to collect so will probably give it a miss, A somewhat low estimate I feel!!

Hi Ruth,
thanks for the heads up! I saw the shop/house and have been talking to the owner. I think it is missing a section. I'm sure it's Hacker but usually their houses don't open in the back, which makes me think the stacking sections are turned around and missing an attachable facade. I found some similar but not the same houses/stores in swantje's book which I emailed the owner. Do you have swantje's book? talk soon and thanks again, mb

Hi Ruth , thank you for responding and joining our site. I hope that you have some fun... I have already found a vintage lion head, thanks heaps, anyway.
