Dolls' Houses Past & Present

About Me

I build Dolls Houses to fit into the Story of my 'Little Candleford' Website :-

I have been building Dolls Houses for just over four years. I'm now on my fourth project which is a Tavern called Halfway House. My First project was the DHE Bakery which I extended to include a Teasroom. My second project was more adventurous, I designed and scratch built a Ladies Fashion Shop called Floozies. For my Third project I 'Kit Bashed' a DHE Gatehouse to make my Candleford Cottage.

All my projects have a theme, They are all inhabited by 19th Century ladies with 21st Century ideas, Doing this means I can add items I like rather than being restricted to the era.

Thanks for all your lovely comments on my Sid Cooke house, Joseph. It was my first house and I put a lot of work into it. I am very fond of it so your comments mean a lot.

Great you made it here, I'm a bit sporadic but there are other familiar faces and new ones to get to know. ❤️

Hello Joseph - wonderful to see you on here! How are the Floozies? Have there been any riotous parties at Halfway House?
Speak soon, Cath xxx
