About Me

Hello! I have collected antique and collectible dolls houses for over thirty years. I particularily like the paper on wood lithographed houses and shops. I also love Wagner, Silber & Fleming and one-of-a-kind houses with a history attached to them. I have been a collector for all of these years up until a few months ago. I now find myself becoming a "seller" as I am trying to help a friend sell off an estate of a lifetime dollhouse and toy collector.

My husband has become a wonderful help in lighting, with great care, my old dollshouses and has done minor repairs that I have felt needed to be done. I generally do not repair my old houses because I enjoy the patina and "age" they develop over years of being played with or cared for by others before me.

What fun to find a site where we can share and sell or buy items! I am so happy that "Lizzie" - a long-time friend of mine from England - sent me this link!

Hi Di....NO...I still need one more window. The downstairs window that is part of the bay window in the photo under WANTS is the one I need. It has two pieces-the larger bottom piece and then the smaller rectangular piece at the top all in a frame. If you have one I would be so happy to hear from can email me at if you wish to let me know the cost, etc. I don't want to put my address here. Thanks for helping me complete this nice little house! Fondly, Louise

Hi Louise. Did you ever get the Amersham windows you were looking for? I have a couple of spares but don't know of they're the size you were looking for. Can't remember. Best wishes. Diana.

Hi Louise,
Thank you for your comments re my houses. The little blue roof one has 8 1/2 stamped on the bottom but no makers mark. It had been suggested to me that it was a Gottschalk but I haven't been able to confirm this. It has an original interior in very good condition. I am just missing one chimney but have one to copy from and a small piece of wood from a sill missing. I will e-mail you a picture to your email address if you would like as I have great problems loading on to the Club site and Wendy has had to do it for me in the past. The other house is supposedly a Wagner and an identical one has appeard in an old International Dolls House News Magazine identified as a Wagner. My email address is I will email the inside of the little blue roof house in a bit if you would like me to. Best Wishes Eleanor.

Hi Louise, oh, yes I would like to see your dollhouse! I am researching more than 10 years and have collected lots of original material. Everyone, who has a question about his collection is welcomed to show it to me and I'll try to find something out.
