About Me
I collect dolls from 1920's through to 1950's. I also have a few dolls prams and a Triang Dolls House. I love looking at other collections, prams, houses and dolls. Post a CommentOops! The words you entered did not match the given text. Please try again. 1 CommentLoading...
Hi Christine,
I love the Princess cottages. It will be well worth saving. Usually, woodworm treatment works well, my father saved lots of antique furniture that way and I know peopleon this site have had great success in saving little houses. I wasn't so lucky as, when I began removing the paper on my first house as an adult, it turned out that it was only the paper that was holding the powder that had once been the walls together. Only the left side of the roof survived! What dolls do you collect? Any type in particular, or just a lovely mix? I do both - lots of Sashas and then a mix of others but, just now, the tiny people who live in the d'houses have most of my attention. They are such fun. Hope the cottage survives and you enjoy restoring it. Jenni x |
