About Me

My name is Paula I live about 30 miles North of Aberdeen pretty much in the middle of knowhere! I love my dogs as much as my minis! Originally from Bournemouth I love living up here!

I had a dolls house as a child which I adored but sadly that it long gone. I got my first grown up house about 6 years ago with some money left to me by my beloved Nan. I wanted to use it for something I would have forever and pass onto my Daughter. That house was the start of my passion for minis! I now have my orginal Manor House, a Honeychurch shop which is a Christmas shop. Also 4 witches houses but Quayside my seaside village is nearly always where you will find me! There are around 35 properties and over 100 dolls with everything from a chinese takeway to public toilets to a rest home. It fills my whole spare room and I just love it!! I am quite sure my village would never have grown quite so much if I couldn't share it with people online! I have recently discovered the joy of vintage Dolls houses and its opened up a whole new world to me and I am thoroughly enjoying it!! :)

Paula, that's lovely! i am so glad you like 'Ivy Cottage'. When i was doing the renovations i thought what a solid, well made house it was. It has been made with very good quality wood. It is a very traditional little dolls house, i am thrilled that it has found a good home!
