About Me
Hi I'm Liz and I have always loved dolls houses ever since I was given a Lundby Gothenburg back in the 70's when I was little. I used to love arranging the furniture and turning on the lights at night!About 6/7 years ago my husband bought me a kit house for my birthday and I have slowly been decorating and furnishing it as a 1910 bakery and tea shop. In the last 6 months I have purchased a Lundby Gothenburg (the same as my childhood house) and in the last couple of weeks I saw a sweet little GeeBee Tudor Villa on ebay and knew I had to have it! I've been restoring the GeeBee and will be setting the decor in the 1930/40's and the Lundby is going to have a modern minimalist design.

Hi Marcia, sorry for the late reply but haven't been on for a while.
Yes it is the one I bought from you! I loved seeing all your fabulous dolls houses when I came to collect the Gee Bee house. It was very kind of you to let us look at them. I'm planning to decorate the inside of the Gee Bee with some 1930s period style papers and buy a few extra pieces of furniture. Hopefully now the summer is over and work settles down I'll get a bit of time to work on my houses! Best wishes, Liz
Did you get it from Bury St Edmunds?.....only I sold one recently....
Hi Patty,
Thank you for your welcome and lovely comments. I'm hoping to get some more photos up soon. I love so many styles and eras of interior design and having dolls houses means I get to decorate in ways I can't do in real life! It's nice to find a site with like minded people and with so much information. I'm really enjoying looking at all the photos, very inspiring!
Hi Liz, welcome.
Your houses sound great...the modern style Lundby sounds very interesting! Looking forward to seeing your pics. |
