About Me
Hi my name is Adele and I live in Bangor Co Down. Im a mum of 3 sons who are allgrown up the youngest being 15. Anyway i have always wanted a dolls house since i was a little girl and sadly never got one, however i was given a georgian house as a gift 2 days before xmas and i felt that all my christmases had came at once {bearing in mind im now 50} lol. Hi Dhouse Cotages i know what you mean by the enjoyment that working on our houses give. I get great pleasure on seeing my house flourish and grow but have also realised that i could spend a lifetime on it and in between that im wishing to have more houses lol. Have a lovely weekend and i look forward to eeing the finished result of your plastering and all else it entails.
Hi fifilele for the short time i have been a member of DHPP i have found that there is always something new to see or read and just lovin it, i wonder how i got my days in before and am enjoying making new friends on here. Great to hear you now have a Dolls House. It is a fantastic past time. I have not been involved with them that long but I am enjoying every hour I am working on them. Thanks for your comment on the Kitchen, still some work to do. Busy plastering and painting the outside at the moment. No doubt you will be making improvements to yours now.
Hi john its nice to hear from you. To be honest i am not sure re improvements to the house now named Morningside Manor lol. I have been making as much as possible myself for it and think i will try to keep it in keeping with georgian style decor and furniture as much as possible, bvut i have discovered through this site that the inspiration and enthuism you acquire just by viewing other members stuff has my head racing lol.
