Notice the style of the telephone and the clerk's hairstyle. What age would you put on this as I believe this is French. HELP!!

For the style of the telephone, I would say between 1925 and the war.

Hi Louise
The shop is French: it's written "bonbons fins ADUA" on the wall.
ADUA is the candymark, it's written on all the boxes,all the sorts of candies, but I don't know this mark, it doesn't exist any more. I wonder if it has ever existed: the great makers did not make all sorts of candies. May be it's only the name of the owner of the shop, who makes the candies himself.
