The front door shown here is a Romside replacement. The original door was red or yellow plastic in the style as seen on the No 50 in picture 7 in this Album. The No 65 is distinguished from the externally identical No 55 (please see the previous two pictures) by having electric lights in the left and right upstairs rooms (the "coolie hat" design, as seen in the 50E, picture 12, previously), arched internal doorways and a staircase rising between the central two rooms. The interior of this house is not shown in this Album but the interior view of another No 65 may be seen in the next picture.
