Sadly, I dare not do a new Greconville adventure just now - until I hear from Rebecca as to the future of the site. I am devastated at the thought of losing all the events and adventures which have created the characters of these little Grecons over the past few years. They have evolved in their own way and - and having being rapped over the knuckles over a few glaring errors - I now often check back for details. If I lose all this, Greconville will fall into oblivion.and I will miss creating it. The original characters from the dolls that I have had since a child were fully formed when I began the tales. But so many characters have joined them over the years, some from Celia, some from Diane, some from Janice, some from dealers and friends on ebay. Each has it's own personal history (if I can discover it from the seller) and each creates it's own personality upon arrival. Putting all this together has helped me through very bad times so you all may understand my concern about the future of the site.
Do's amazing creating of her mad,
Hodgepodge Hall will live on through her own site - she has back-up. I have none.

A great summer scene, the tent looks so sweet and just the right size.

Heartwarming! (The sunshine and the photo.) Celia?s tent is perfect for Simon and is just like the one we had as kids which I believe believe was used by my dad in his youth. The details around the tent are great: the guy ropes and tent pegs, the open bean can, the washing line and the jar collecting rainwater (or for holding tadpoles?) - all fab!

I am just so glad that the sun has finally come out after all this awful long winter.. Simon and his gang are raring to get out and about again - and get back to the treasure that they so foolishly left behind all those months ago.

Super pic and so glad to see they're not having to poddle around in a waterlogged site. Real green stuff gowing too - I'd almost forgotten what it looked like
