I think all these four items are German.

Very nice, it is like the Bassett Lowke furniture isn't it? but I think I like this paler wood finish better thanks for putting these photos on, so nice to see what people bought.

So glad you received your package! I was just re-reading the Brighton Toy Museum info on Bassett-Lowke and the B-L catalogue stated that the furniture was, quote - of continental manufacture - unquote (quotes not working for me!), so maybe the same maker made both?

Yes - it is slightly smaller scale than some pieces and SO like the BL. Which came first - the chicken or the egg?
