Damaged floor
Still not in a bad condition. I will keep it as it is, maybe use a little black paint to had the crack.

I will definitely seal it, probably with acrylic varnish.
No tape because that will start looking yellow after a while and probably will get loose.

Comfort says...
good idea! and maybe seal it with some poly sealer (i cant think of the whole word, sorry!) or even tape.

Because the wallpaper was so damaged in this room and I had to remove it, I came across some hidden floorpaper behind the wallpaper. I removed that very carefully, it is so fragile, and maybe I can glue that onto the crack to camouflage it.
