It is not the wallpaper that I am worried about: it is the layer of paint and the wood underneath it.

Hello Comfort.
Thank you for all your kind words and support.
Being a housepainter, well, that used to be my profession in the early days, I'm not afraid to the job.
Now that I have to get rid of the paper because I ruined that, I can start sanding as much as I want.
I love what is laying in front of me: I like the challenge and I know for sure that the house is going to look as new after I'm finished.
Have you seen the restoration of my Gottschalk Butterfly roof?

hi, kitty! i love your little house! can you sand the wood? are you going to re-cover it? then i would only worry about getting the wood smooth. i'm sure the others can tell you better!
