Both doors still have their fragile card lattice infill...
An identical house was sold in the Ladenburger Spielzeugauktionen March 2012 auction (thanks to diePuppenstubensammlerin for alerting me to this). The catalogue image clearly shows that the windows had a sheet of thin glass or perspex inserted (presumably glued or tacked from the inside). There was a thin white painted horizontal line across the panes about a third from the top, but no wooden frames. Sadly, there is no picture of the interior in the auction catalogue.
