The last piece I bought was this sideboard, simply because I like it. It's a bit shabby but I'm sure it will polish up.

There were a number of German-made pieces which resembled the Elgin designs. Who copied whom, I wonder? Still a very nice piece, which will look even betterl after a bit of TLC.

It does look a little like Elgin, the legs are very similar, but it's not the same quality or finish.

Is this a Triang/Lines or Elgin sideboard? A lovely antique looking piece of furniture.
