Both the wall and floor papers were available in the UK from Handicrafts but were probably produced in Germany. This wallpaper was first offered from 1933. See Rebecca's article in the March 2012 issue of the magazine:

I am in no hurry to take these papers off they are lovely and there may be nothing underneath.

I probably shouldn't say this, but, since they are very old and in such good condition, and pretty, do they have to come off?
