Tenth day...a long overdue repair
Now fixed! This piece usually stands outside 9, Brenville Road, my 1933-set 3-room Gee Bee cottage. It's still waiting to have its details picked out in paint!

You are getting lots done now.

Thank you, both. I've had a great morale boost from having done this succession of tasks!

This is lovely and one I hadn't noticed before. I like these novelty pencil sharpeners, they can be so useful.
What did you glue the leg back on with?

I love this piece. It's just the right scale for Brenville's 1:18 Caco housewife, Dorothy. I used Araldite Rapid for the repair.

The best thing about these challenges is that they spur us on to get this type of little job done.

You're right, Zoe. I've been looking at it these many months, thinking, "I must do that", then not doing because "I haven't got time, just now". It's the attendant faff that kept putting me off - getting to the glues, protecting the table, etc. Because that was already set up, with having done the other jobs, it only took a few minutes.
