Now I know where everything came from Valerie I am even more impressed. We should introduce a Borrowers Award for this type of creativity!

I cut the rags from an old pair of worn out knickers, clean ones!

Very clever, Valerie, they look great. It's a great feeling when you find just the right thing in your box of bits isn't it? I find that the most dangerous time is when you DON'T find just the right thing though, as that's when you start prowling the house looking for it and who knows what will be sacrificed in the name of creativity then...

I find it very annoying when a project stops because I don't find the right thing. The bead just popped up at the right moment!

So many beautiful details here Valerie, I hardly know where to start admiring.... The plunger is fabulous, what did you use for the rubber bit? I think all clean and tidy inhabitants of Dollyland are going to want to have one of these in their homes!

The rubber bit is a bead I spotted in my box of bits Edel, the soap is the middle piece of a Sindy leg rubber that had broken. The tin of black lead is a press stud with punched circles. I had a lot of fun making this!
