This single page leaflet, published by Tri-ang, illustrates a 5-room bungalow which was proposed, but which never went into production. It appears that this design was dropped in favour of the A, B and C Bungalows (pictures 52-60, subsequently), which first appeared in 1961. (There was a limited release of the precursor version of the C Bungalow in October, 1960 - please see the next entry). It does look as though this house was planned to be built from wood - rather more substantial than the paperboard construction of the A, B and C bungalow models. The front door on the design shown here is the same style as used on the R, S and T houses in 1958-61, and the metal-fronted houses after 1964 (see picture 47, previously, for an example of the door).
