Nan's Card Table
Legs folded into place. The detail of this really simple and easy to make model is fantastic. Apart from the actual building of the kit, all I had to do was sand the ends of the legs, at both ends, to make them rounded, sandpaper was supplied, and took just a couple of minutes max to do all four. Then varnish all components.I did notice that the top warped a bit when I applied the varnish, as the wood is thin, but was flat again when dry, so no need to worry about that at all. Tiny brass pins are supplied to fix the legs together etc, and the baize is self adhesive and quick and easy to add.

Yep very true, and makes them look like very expensive hand made items I think..the kit comes with fine sandpaper to round the legs off, only takes a couple of mins max, I put them all together in a 'bunch' and did them all at once so that they were all exactly the same, as I thought that if I did them individually I would end up sanding all night to get them even ! A good tip

It's little details like these rounded legs which are so important.
