It has different scale window the same as Alexandra Lodge and the apex wood is the same style, would be nice to see the interior.

It's rather nice isn't it.
I thought it was unusual but didn't expect it to fox the experts on here!
I have no idea who owns it- the shop may possibly be a private house now. I will do some digging to find out

Love it ! Have you found out if it's for sale after they've used it ? Would be a lovely project to work on. xx x x

I see what you mean about the likeness to your ALexandra Lodge-those circles are unusual and distinctive as are the arches, balcony and the open areas. Next time I am in the same town I will have a look to see if there are any contact details in the window or I will ask my relations who live over the road if they know who's it is.

You need to see if it has a label on the back, will be interested to know what it is as has similar circles on the balcony like my
Alexandra Lodge

A couple of other details are reminiscent of Alexandra Lodge, too - particularly the shape of the ground floor bays.

I don't recognise it (no surprise there though!) I but thought of Jan's mystery house as soon as I saw it, the circular piercings in the balconies are so unusual.

Sadly it was being used as window dressing in a shop that wasn't in use so no chance to get in and look at the back.
