i'd like to see the work space area, too! it's not a "mess" when you are a crafty person! if you dont want to see the mess, just throw a piece of material over the area! we have tools, paints, plastic bins, big and small, all over our house 24/7/365! and you Gotta work on that free lance, other wise how else will you pay for your doll house addition!?!? i bet your xmas hosting came out great! all my stuff is packed right now for a move in May...i expect it will be fall before i can dig it all out and begin! (i'm new to doll houses). take your time, inspite of what i say! lol

I'll show it all. I figure I might as well...And perhaps mention at that time some of the items I had to acquire to take on this hobby...this dollhouse business is wonderful. It really frees up my mind!

Yes, Comfort, you are absolutely right...another bloated and comprehensive picture set is in order. I wanted (intended) to put up more at Christmas but got totally overwhelmed with freelance work and Christmas prep (I was finally doing my turn as the one cooking for all, albeit a small group, but I'm not usually hostessing things, so it required a lot of thought to make it turn out well).

It's almost spring and no pictures yet...still too much freelance work to be done. But I have to do something here...

So more pictures must come soon; I agree. House is still on its special table in my living room. The space beneath it is filled now with supplies for the renovation. (Those annoying plastic drawer units---all I could afford---so they're not beautiful, but they are full of tools, wallpaper collected, and all the oddments of construction: about eight types of glue, sandpaper (extra fine), Exacto knives and blade refills, tiny pots of paint (sample sizes), and flooring sheets. Things to be used for rugs, or proper small rugs themselves, waiting. Waiting.

Lots of furniture waiting, too.

Pixie, aka Captain Tortie, aka The Pirate. Attempted to eat a dollhouse lamp a couple of days ago, but I rescued it in time and reshaped its tiny cardboard shade.
