I picked these 3 beauties up at the carboot sale along with the snake wrapped around a crystal. Depending on the light the crystal picks up all the different colours and prisms of light, think these should look at home in the gents drawing room.

Hey folks my luck is in i was talking to a friend who studied egyptology few years back and he has loads of stuff and is gonna give it to me, so fingwers crossed i can glean some of it for the drawing room whoop whoop and zipeede dohah

The two similar busts are very like the one in the centre of the structure pictured in the previous photo.

Thank you jennifer i must admit cant wait to get the room papered and all the bits set in though i keep faffing around doing other bits and pieces for the house lol

Rosemary i watching tv programme last night (in betwen the power cuts lol)and it was on egyptology of which i am quite intrigued and find fascinating. I think who ever i bought them off might have travelled the world as there was different bits and bobs and the owners who i knew were originally from Australia

Thank you jennifer, i couldnt believe it when i seen them as i had the egyptian theme in my head for a few weeks, i also picked up a fancy watch that you would wear on a chain so i have dismanteld it to utilise certain bits, the clock face and cover is going in the attic bedroom as a wall clock and the inner cogs etc i am at latr date going to attemt to incorporate into an old fashioned mangle lol
