kitchen table
the kitchen table i made a while ago using match boxes for the legs, cardboard covered with match sticks as the base shelf and table top was a piece left over from the trinket box and 4 drawers i had acquired along the way. I wasnt sure if i was happy with the table as it looked a bit rough but now that i have placed my ebay purchase of a bread baking set im really pleased with it. My manor kitchen is coming together slowly yehaa

Thank you Wendy and yes the rough look gives stuff a bit of character, a lot of my furniture in my real house has the rustic look lol

Lovely items, I like the rough look as Sal says most old stuff is :-)

It looks great, you can smell baking bread! When you say "it looked a bit rough" it makes me smile, because so much of the old DH furniture is quite rough when you see it in detail. Sometimes it just adds to the appeal.
