wow jill handmade by youre father all those years ago thats so nice. yeah i can understand how it could take a lifetime doing up the houses , im amazed at how much time i am spending doing bits and bobs and get really pleased with myself when the mission is acomplished. lol i have just painted cardboard brick effect to place in kitchen and hopefully house a fireplace in it. I am eagerly awaiting arrival of a basement from ebay and am gonna steal the larger side for a kitchen so i can put lots of things in it.

I love all your work, Adele, and can appreciate just how many hours of work have gone into it. Both my own houses were hand built and furnished by my father and me 35 years ago... and I'm still working on them! There just aren't enough hours in the day when the mini house calls are there?

Julie i hink its me being daft re upload pics myself and pc dont get along lol. But have to say i am really enjoying this site and happily spend hours looking at all the houses and must say i am starting to get educated on the history of dolls houses which i am finding fascinating.

Adele, I've found the site will sometimes ration the number of pics it will let me upload in one session - perhaps that's what's happening to you? You will find that the site does have a number of odd quirks!

Your armoire is beautiful! Another great make-over.

yes patty a bit of gold just brings the stuff to life and gives it a wee bit of finesse.
