Brass Dining Chairs
These arrived yesterday and I made the cushions and the lampshade from my old slippers trimmed with Russian braid that I have had for 10 years!

Hmmm, what did I say? NOTHING'S safe! Tie down your miniatures! Don't admit visitors! Apparently Queen Mary used to help herself to anything she fancied from other people's collections...Still, Valerie, it is said exchange is no robbery LOL!

As I bought both of them, I agree!

I have put the fireplace in my granddaughter's house and filched back my Lundby grate with logs!

@ christine jaeger: "i have a lovely little petit point cushion in my bedroom, it is destined to become a carpet in one of my dolls houses .. for too long i have been wavering back and forth.. where's that stitch ripper!!"

See, NOTHING'S safe when there's a miniaturist about!

I'd like tp point out that the slippers had been thrown into the bin 'cos the upper had come away from the sole which was in tatters!

I do like brass ware in older houses, these chairs are delicate and nicely detailed. Lovely soft-furnishings, you always do a good job. What are you going to do with the floor?

I will startwith Nitromors and if there is nothing left I will find a suitable covering !
