Spring morning
The tractor and trailer were a fleamarket find. They are hand-made, and the registration plate "P.R. 2-6-1948" suggests they were made for a child who had a birthday on 2 June 1948. The worn wooden cow is also from the fleamarket.

Looks as if the lad has taken a tumble!

Several I'd say ;-) This is the way my younger son used to look for school photos and if I had to take him to the doctor for a check-up; fortunately the doc was a sensible lady who could tell the difference between natural lively-child-bumps and parentally inflicted ones. But we still have a series of school pics featuring a great collection of bumps, bruises and cuts ;-)
