Avon 1966-69. Dimensions: 33 inches [82.5 cm] wide, 12.5 inches [31.5 cm] deep and 16.5 inches [41.5 cm] high.
Also given the number TM7705 in the Tri-ang catalogue. The Avon series is four houses comprising the Avon, Broom, Crest Cottage and Daisy Bungalow. The series is named after this, the largest model. The garage door is merely printed paper. The wall slides out and can be reversed to convert the garage into another (sadly, windowless) room. This is the earlier version of this model - it can be dated to 1966-68 by its white wooden chimney. By 1969, the chimney was moulded as part of the roof. Please see the next picture for this later version. There is no interior view available for this particular house in this Album, but the layout of the rooms remained unchanged in this model throughout its production run.
