Described in G & J Lines' last catalogue, 1931, as: "20 1/4 in. high. 19 3/4 in. wide. 12 1/2 in. deep. A charming model containing three rooms, staircase, window seats, large Portico with shrubs, windows in both sides. Finished in cream, red brick, half-timbering and green.
