found this on the net, so maybe they are still renovating... Whalley is a large village and civil parish in the Ribble Valley on the banks of the River Calder in Lancashire, England. It was severely damaged by flooding in the end of 2015, and its restoration continues

Try contacting the Whalley Parish Council Website. I’m sure they would be able to help, if that is the correct town.

Do you think it might be the one at Lytham St Annes? Not sure exactly when it closed, but Capes Dunn auctioned the contents last year. They might be able to assist if only to eliminate.
