I saw this on Facebook. Alan Titchmarsh talking about his fascination with miniatures in The Telegraph yesterday. The link is to the newspaper’s website and not Facebook so anyone can read it:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/journalists/alan-titchmarsh/10639011/Alan-Titchmarsh-dolls-houses-are-perfect-miniature-worlds.html

This bit is SO true: “ but each time you swing open the front of the house – whether brick, or stucco, or ashlar masonry – your heart will beat faster as you enter the perfect miniature world you have created inside.”
