The Summer Kensington Dollshouse Festival is less than three weeks away! This year it's going to include a special exhibition of Kristin Baybars' collection: What a treat!

How interesting - I wish I was going. I think that will be a fab exhibit to see. My sympathy goes out to David Ward for having to make sense of Kristin's chaotic collection but I bet he had great fun! (I can't make the link to Facebook from Brooksey's link work so I don't know what he's said about it - I will have to try to get to his Facebook page by other means as I'm intrigued.) Thanks for posting the link, Brooksey.

Oh! There are some pipecleaner dolls that look familiar from ebay, and perhaps some members' photos? David Ward, who is curating the exhibition of Kristin Baybars' collection, said "Joyce Coles made the most gorgeous little pipecleaner dolls in the 1980's. They were pocket money prices so when Joyce gave up I started making them and that is how me making miniatures began!"
