"Do you think all this colour will induce Duncan to bathe once a week?" asked Angelica. "I doubt that very much" replied her friend. They trooped down the stairs for a nice cup of tea from the new teapot.

That must have been terrifying, Jan.

My brother-in-law save me, probably sorry he bothered now.

He's like me then, have a terrible fear of water after being trapped on a beach when quite young.

I didn't want to change the 1/12th bath so did not "enbarth"on it!

Ha ha! What a coincidence that I saw the Charleston bathroom on the same day as you were posting this. I was looking for mid-1960s bathrooms, but Charleston was thrown up by the search. For the first time in seven months I am able to work on my houses and have started by rearranging and redecorating Holme Heights (my double Lundby Stockholm).

I felt that the tiles were very Bloomsbury and am grateful to the member who pointed me in their direction. I suppose Duncan might have a fear of drowning - 1/16th Triang Jenny's home might make him braver!

Needs a 1/12th bath if he uses it only once a week. The tiles are lovely.

The tiles are lovely, Quentin! (And so is Angelica's new friend).

Just yesterday I came across a picture of part of the real-life Charleston bathroom, with a cupboard, and the bathtub itself, painted in Vanessa's unmistakable style. It's on Pinterest:
