Life goes back to normal (?)

Rosemary says...
Virginia is still confused by living in a house that is right for her size!

It's slightly disconcerting for viewers too - it will take some getting use to!

Gorgeous shot - and regardless of all its disadvantages I still love this house Rosemary!

The rug, bed frame and coverlet complement each other perfectly, and provide a nice contrast with the dark walls. Lovely!

She is so chic and 1940s. But the permanent handbag may be the cause of her reluctance to cook!

It is a fascinating house but not a good one for a child since nearly everything is fixed and there is very little space for movable furniture. Virginia needs a hook on the back of that cupboard door to make full use of the space. The huge Old Master original paintings might be better in a gallery, they limit furniture placing even more! Still, since the couple are childless and Virgina has hopes of a writing hut in the garden, I think that they will manage somehow.

Employment opportunities in Greconville!

This really is a gorgeous little house inside, Rosemary, with all its beams and panelling. I love the little door handles. The view of the chest of drawers through the open door is so enticing!
