Perseverance pays!
First spotted this last November in an antiques shop. As hard as I tried there was no movement on price. I have been back a number of times since then & enquired, to no avail. Rang yesterday to see if it was still there & they accepted my offer - was over the moon & collected it after work today. Porch seems to be missing it's tiled roof, and the gnomon is missing on the sundial, but it's survived remarkably well on the whole

Well done, Cath - your persistence paid off and good to hear that the initially over-optimistic seller eventually saw sense! So pleased you have this fab house in your charge now.

How lovely for you to have a matching companion to your 71, Cath! (And not needing nearly as much work!).

I don't know what happened to it but I do have a couple of bits of furniture that was in it. So it must have gone to auction, which is how I got my house that belonged to her.

Does anyone know where Faith's house went after she died? This model was her childhood dolls' house.

Love it, so pleased you have it now. Your patience has paid off! It is the same model as one of my favourite houses owned by Faith Eaton.
